Due to the sensitive nature of skin care products, we are unable to provide refunds. Please notify us within seven days of receiving a damaged or incorrect item. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal; we will make every effort to send the correct item at no cost to you. We ask that you provide us with a valid receipt as proof of purchase.
If for any reason an item is returned due to an invalid address the cost of the product will be refunded to the account on file, however, shipping cost is non-refundable.
